Faith in Detroit.

Faith in Detroit aims to empower Metro Detroiters to tell their stories of faith with the broader public via television, video, online journals, apps, and on stage. Our goal is to build a comprehensive storytelling ecosystem that will find and share compelling and true stories of faith to shift the larger narrative of the city from rise-and-ruin to resilience-and-resurrection.

Faith In Detroit brings together a diverse group of notable, Detroit-based institutional and community partners committed to collecting and sharing these stories of faith with Detroit and beyond. The partners include founding organization Christ Church Cranbrook, Detroit PBS, Detroit Opera, Oakland University, The Cranbrook Project, and Detroit-based startups and artists.

We are looking for true stories of faith in practice in Metro Detroit. These stories will take seriously that Detroit is a city of many and varied religious communities and that cooperation among these communities is essential for an authentic expression of Christian faith. Everyone has a story of faith to share, and we want to hear yours! Click the button below to share yours today!
