The Rev. Dr. William J. Danaher (aka Fr. Bill) is Executive Director of Faith in Detroit and Rector of Christ Church Cranbrook in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Fr. Bill's ministry integrates ethics, social justice, and the arts with a focus on personal transformation.
Fr. Bill is a catalytic and compassionate leader whose career spans religious, nonprofit, and higher education settings.
Rev. William Danaher has also founded and directs several nonprofit initiatives, including the Cranbrook Project and the Interfaith Dental Clinic serving the uninsured and underinsured in Metro Detroit and beyond. He is also the founder of the Institute for Advanced Pastoral Studies, a deliberately diverse and intentionally ecumenical network of continuing education for pastors and religious leaders in Detroit and Atlanta.
